Our Response

- Document the incident
Counter-Notice Procedure
If content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, the content provider may submit a counter-notice including:
- Physical or electronic signature
- Identification of removed material and location
- Statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief in removal mistake
- Name, address, phone number
- Consent to local federal court jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
- We maintain a repeat infringer policy
- Multiple valid infringement claims will result in account termination
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for single infringements in appropriate circumstances
