The 2CCX trap
"2CCX" means two different things, and most pages blur them. It is the name of the $10,000,000 award, and it is also the name of a paid ClickFunnels coaching program/mastermind sold after the Two Comma Club Live virtual event (ClickFunnels). Someone described as a "2CCX member" may have enrolled and paid rather than produced $10M in funnel revenue. If a vendor's site says 2CCX, ask which one they mean and ask to see the award.
Note also what the number is not. It is gross revenue, cumulative over the life of the funnel — not profit, not annual run-rate, and not net of ad spend or refunds (Online Profit Cycle). A funnel that took five years to accumulate $1M and a funnel that did it in 90 days carry the same plaque.
How ClickFunnels verifies a claim
The application asks for a screenshot of the funnel's revenue plus a video walkthrough showing the funnel and the merchant account behind it, and an application fee commonly reported at $500 per award or disc (ClickFunnels, SupplyGem).
That is a real check — it is harder to fake than a logo on a homepage — but it is a screenshot review by the vendor whose software produced the number, not an independent financial audit. There is also a platform lock-in problem. The award only exists for ClickFunnels funnels. An excellent builder who works mostly in GoHighLevel or WordPress will never have one, and that says nothing about their ability. Conversely, one page claims the threshold can be met by combining multiple funnels (Passive Tactics), while ClickFunnels frames it as a funnel/account milestone — another reason to ask for specifics rather than accepting a badge.
How to verify an agency's Two Comma Club claim
Five questions, all answerable in one call:
- Which funnel, and whose account? Name of the offer, the account it lived in, and roughly when it crossed the threshold.
- What did you actually do? Full build, copy only, tech only, consulting? "We touched it" and "we engineered it" are different claims.
- Award or coaching program? Specifically for any 2CCX mention.
- Can you show the plaque or directory entry? Cross-check against the ClickFunnels winners directory.
- What happened commercially? Gross revenue over what period, at what ad spend, with what refund rate. If nobody will answer this, the plaque is decoration.
