Client Responsibilities

• Hold necessary rights and permissions for materials provided
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become your property upon full payment
• We retain rights to our design processes and techniques
• You must own or have permission to use any materials provided to us
• We may include completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be specified in project agreements
• Full payment must be received before final files are delivered
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Revisions and Changes

• Initial project scope includes a few rounds of revisions
• Major changes to project scope may require new quotes

Delivery and Timeline

• Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed
• Delays due to client feedback or material delivery extend project timeline
• Rush services may be available for additional fees

Cancellation

• We do not offer refunds for any work performed
• All sales are final
• Payment confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms
