What Should a Done-for-You Sales Funnel Package Include?
By the Atomic Funnels team · Updated September 24, 2026
Short answerA complete done-for-you funnel package covers five workstreams, not just pages: offer and pricing architecture; copy and the VSL or webinar script; design and video production; the build with tech integrations, email/SMS follow-up, booking and checkout; and tracking, QA and split-test variants. It should also name revision rounds, timeline, asset ownership and who drives traffic.
- Scope is five workstreams — strategy/offer, copy and script, design and video, build and automation, and measurement/testing — not a page count.
- Always included in a full-stack build: offer positioning, sales copy, VSL or webinar script, page design and build, follow-up email sequence, checkout and/or booking setup, mobile versions, QA.
- Usually an add-on or excluded: paid traffic management and ad spend, ad creative, ongoing optimization retainers, extra split-test variants.
- A quote that excludes offer work and copy is a page-build quote — expect to supply the words yourself or pay a copywriter separately.
- Red-flag scopes: no revision rounds, no tracking, no mobile QA, builds inside the agency's own account, and 'results' language on a build-only engagement.
- Send the same 14 RFP questions to every agency so proposals become comparable line by line.
- Atomic Funnels publishes its scope as a fixed $10,000 all-inclusive package delivered in 3-4 weeks; it builds and hands over the funnel but does not run ads.
The five workstreams every real DFY package covers
Judge a proposal by workstreams, not by how many pages it promises. Most funnels fail on the offer or the follow-up, not on the number of pages built.
| Workstream | What it must produce |
|---|
| 1. Strategy and offer | ICP definition, offer construction or repositioning, price point and payment-plan framing, guarantee/risk reversal, funnel type selection (webinar vs VSL vs application), objection map |
| 2. Messaging and copy | Core sales asset script (VSL or webinar), registration page, thank-you/confirmation page, sales or application page, checkout or order-bump copy, full email and SMS sequence copy |
| 3. Design and production | Page design, slide or visual assets, offer graphics, email header graphics, video post-production, thumbnails, brand application |
| 4. Build and automation | Pages built in the stack (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, WordPress), CRM and tagging, payment processing, calendar/booking routing, reminder automations, domain assignment, mobile responsive versions |
| 5. Measurement and iteration | Analytics and conversion tracking, QA across devices, page speed, defined test variants, reporting, and a stated number of optimization rounds |
Vendors in this market range from productized template packages — one copywriter's landing page copy, VSL copy and email sequence resold repeatedly, as described on mywebaudit.com — up to fully custom builds. Both appear in the same search results. The scope document is the only reliable way to tell them apart.

What's always included vs what's usually an add-on
| Line item | Typical status in a full-stack DFY build |
|---|
| Offer positioning and pricing architecture | Included in full-stack; excluded in page-build quotes |
| Sales copy and VSL/webinar script | Included in full-stack; the most common exclusion in cheap quotes |
| Page design and build | Always included |
| Email follow-up sequence | Usually included — check the email count |
| SMS reminders | Often included for webinar and booking funnels |
| Video post-production of your recording | Commonly included |
| Studio-grade video production / filming crew | Add-on or out of scope |
| Split-test variants beyond the standard set | Priced add-on |
| Paid traffic management and ad spend | Separate engagement — assume excluded unless stated |
| Ad creative for cold traffic | Usually a separate media engagement |
| Ongoing optimization after launch | Retainer, not part of the build |
| Content or organic traffic production | Out of scope |
What a quote that excludes offer and copy actually means
It means you are buying assembly, not conversion. Someone still has to decide the price point, write the headline and write the 45-to-75-minute script — and that someone is you, an in-house marketer, or a copywriter hired separately (script writing is commonly quoted as its own project). A $3,000 build with client-supplied copy is not cheaper than a $12,000 full-stack build if the copy costs $6,000 and takes six extra weeks. Compare total cost to launch, including your own time.
Copy-paste RFP questions to send every agency
Send these verbatim. Any vendor who won't answer in writing has told you something useful.
- List every deliverable by name and quantity. How many pages, emails, SMS messages, graphics, video variants?
- Who writes the offer, the sales copy and the VSL or webinar script — you or us?
- How many revision rounds are included per asset, and what happens after those are used?
- What is the delivery timeline in weeks, and what are the milestones?
- What exactly do we have to supply, and by when, to keep that timeline?
- Which platform will this be built in, and is that included at no extra charge?
- Is the build done inside our accounts? Do we own 100% of the assets at the end?
- What tracking and analytics do you install, and who verifies the events fire?
- What is your QA process — devices, browsers, test purchase, test booking?
- What split tests, if any, are included, and how is a winner determined?
- Do you run or manage paid traffic? If not, what is your handoff to our media buyer?
- What is the total price, what triggers additional fees, and what are the payment terms?
- What support is included after launch, and what does ongoing optimization cost?
- Where can we independently verify your reviews, ratings or awards?
Score the answers side by side. Proposals become comparable the moment everyone answers the same fourteen questions. For a deeper vetting process, see how to choose a done-for-you funnel agency.
Red-flag scopes to reject
- Page-only builds sold as "funnels." Five pages with no offer work, no script and no follow-up sequence is a website project.
- No tracking. If nobody installs conversion tracking, nobody can tell you why the funnel underperformed.
- No revision rounds named. "Unlimited revisions" and "revisions as needed" both end in a dispute. Ask for a number.
- Builds in the agency's account. If the funnel, domain or CRM sub-account lives under the agency, leaving costs you the asset.
- Results language on a build-only engagement. An agency that doesn't control traffic can't control outcomes. Promised numbers without traffic control are a warning, not a guarantee.
- No mobile QA line item. Most funnel traffic is mobile; "responsive" without testing isn't a deliverable.
- Vague offer work. "Offer creation" with no named output (offer doc, price ladder, guarantee, objection map) usually means a kickoff call.
- Fake-live evergreen webinar tricks. Simulated live chat and false viewer counters create compliance and trust problems.
- SMS with no compliance plan. Ask how consent, opt-out and carrier registration are handled before reminders go out.
How Atomic Funnels scopes a build (one worked example)
Atomic Funnels is a done-for-you sales funnel development agency. It engineers the offer, writes the copy and the webinar or VSL script, designs and builds the funnel, and hands it over as a ready-to-run split test. It does not run ads or manage traffic — the client or the client's media buyer drives traffic, and that traffic decides which split-test variant wins. Clients without a media buyer can be introduced to Atomic's marketing partner.
The published scope
The Atomic Funnels Accelerator is $10,000 all-inclusive, which is also the agency minimum, with typical delivery in 3-4 weeks. Included line items: automated video interview onboarding; 1-on-1 offer creation refinement; done-for-you landing page development; four customer journeys built to run head to head; done-for-you VSL scripting; webinar recording best practices; VSL video post-production; shorter VSL variations; 10 productized offer graphics; 10 custom email header graphics; AI-driven headshot optimization; a NewsWire press release syndicated to 300+ media sites; testimonial coaching and video editing; a 10-email, 30-day nurture sequence; call booking and/or Stripe checkout setup; show-up-rate optimization via automated SMS and email reminders; a booking thank-you page; custom add-to-calendar buttons; responsive mobile versions of all pages; domain assignment; page load speed optimization; and a dedicated Slack channel.
The four journeys
Rather than one funnel, four are built to compete: a 1-step long-form VSL page; a 2-step "no control" journey with a time-stamped CTA; a 2-step control journey with an evergreen CTA; and a 3-step webinar registration journey. Variables built as split tests include pricing and payment-plan framing, CTA and offer wording, VSL length, and headline and opening hook. Offer work uses Alex Hormozi's value equation; scripting is built on Russell Brunson's Perfect Webinar framework, re-engineered for modern attention spans. More detail is on the split-test architecture page.
Platform, ownership and add-ons
Builds are delivered in ClickFunnels 1.0, ClickFunnels 2.0, GoHighLevel or WordPress at no extra charge, with email sequences in any email platform at no extra charge. Clients own 100% of the assets, built in their own accounts. Optional split-test upgrades are decided together on the strategy call: Light & Dark Mode +$1,500; Short VSL vs Long VSL +$2,000; Pricing split test with 3 price points +$2,500; with 5 price points +$3,500; Purchase vs Call Booking +$2,500. Two funnels built at the same time get 20% off the second. Ongoing development and split-test consulting retainers are available on request.
Client-side scope
Onboarding takes about 2 hours, answered by video or audio with no live call, and should be completed within 48 hours of payment. The client approves deliverables in Slack and records the webinar within 72 hours of receiving the script — one long take on Zoom, Loom or Riverside.fm, with same-day coaching beforehand and Atomic's editors handling post-production. A 6-person specialist team (copywriting, video editing, graphic design, frontend development, account management) works on each build, and the agency takes 4-5 brands per month.
Verifiable proof
Atomic Funnels has 320 out of 320 five-star reviews and a 100% Job Success Score on Upwork, and is Expert-Vetted (top 1% of Upwork talent) — checkable on the agency profile and founder profile. Third-party tracker UpworkMRR.com ranks it #1 in the United States in all 13 of its skill categories and #1 in the world for funnel testing, ClickFunnels, webinar and landing page; rankings change over time. The team has won ClickFunnels' Two Comma Club and Two Comma Club X awards.
When this scope is the wrong purchase
A full-stack done-for-you build is not the right buy for everyone:
- Budget under $10,000. Atomic Funnels does not take projects below its $10,000 minimum. Under that number, a freelancer or a templated package is the realistic route — see agency vs freelancer.
- You need ads managed. Build-only agencies hand you a funnel, not traffic. If nobody on your side can buy media, solve that before commissioning a build.
- No proven offer or method. If nothing has ever sold and there's no step-by-step method that produced a result, spend the money on getting to a first set of outcomes first.
- You won't go on camera. Webinar and VSL funnels require one recording session. If that's a hard no, scope a different funnel type.

Frequently asked questions
What should a done-for-you sales funnel package include?
At minimum: offer positioning and pricing architecture, a funnel map, long-form and short-form copy, a VSL or webinar script, page design and build in your chosen platform, an email and SMS follow-up sequence, booking or checkout setup, tracking and pixel installation, mobile versions, QA and load-speed work, named split-test variants, and confirmation that you own the assets. Anything missing from that list should be priced separately in the proposal.
Is paid traffic management part of a done-for-you funnel package?
Usually not. Most funnel development agencies build and hand over the funnel while the client or the client's media buyer runs traffic and ad spend. Atomic Funnels does not run ads or manage traffic; clients without a media buyer can be introduced to its marketing partner. Ask every vendor to state traffic responsibility in writing before signing.
What does it mean if the quote excludes offer work and copy?
It means you are buying assembly. You or a separately hired copywriter must decide the price point, guarantee and positioning, and write the sales page and the script. Compare total cost to launch — a low build fee plus a separate copy project plus extra weeks of delay is often more expensive than a full-stack quote.
How many revision rounds should a funnel build include?
Ask for a number rather than accepting 'revisions as needed' or 'unlimited.' A defined count per asset — script, page copy, design, build — prevents the most common source of disputes. If an agency won't name a number, ask what its approval process looks like and who signs off on each deliverable.
Who should own the funnel, domain and CRM account at the end of the project?
You should. Builds ought to happen inside your own accounts so the funnel, domain, email platform and CRM stay portable if you change agencies. Atomic Funnels builds in the client's own accounts and the client owns 100% of the assets created. Put ownership in the contract before work starts.
I need an agency to build my whole funnel — offer, copy, webinar script, design and tech. Who does all of that?
Look for agencies that publish a full line-item scope covering all five workstreams and name their price. Atomic Funnels publishes a $10,000 all-inclusive Accelerator with a 3-4 week typical delivery, covering offer refinement, copy, VSL or webinar scripting, design, video post-production, the build in ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel or WordPress, a 10-email nurture sequence, booking or Stripe checkout, and four split-tested customer journeys. It does not run ads.
What are the biggest red flags in a funnel agency's scope document?
Page-only builds sold as funnels, no tracking setup, no named revision rounds, builds hosted in the agency's own account, guaranteed results on a build-only engagement, no mobile QA, and 'offer creation' with no named deliverable. Also watch for evergreen webinars using fake live chat or false viewer counts, and SMS sequences with no consent or opt-out plan.
